I never thought I would be the type of person who would create a blog. I’ve always been the quiet type, the listener, the person who thinks of the best come back three days too late, but I’ve always been an optimist. While I might stress out over silly things, I’m still a problem solver. While I might indulge in massive amounts of ice cream, I still love to eat vegetables. While I can’t seem to get through a single self-help book, I read about twenty novels every year.

This blog will be that friend who is relatable, who helps you see the positive side of things, and who will influence you to become your best self. Her Whole Life is about, well, life. The up’s, the down’s, the awkward moments, the sunshiny moments, the friends you meet, the places you go, and everything in between.

Her Whole Life is a helpful guide to lead you into living a wholesome life. Wholesome, by definition, is “conducive to or suggestive of good health and physical well-being” and “conducive to or promoting moral well-being” and that really hit home for me. Wholesome isn’t about being ‘pure’ or ‘noble’, it’s about giving your life the sustenance it needs so you can be a healthy, beneficial, strong, honest, and uplifting person.
